- Due to our insurance Dogs are not allowed.
Cats maybe be permitted on a case by case
bases.
- Water, Sewer and electrical are not included
in the lease payment, these you pay as you use.
- The monthly lease payment includes lawn
care.
- Unit is available today,
at move in we prorate the lease payment to the first of the coming
month. The prorated lease payment and full security deposit must be
paid in full before the unit can be occupied.
- We do not pull credit, but we do screen your
back ground for criminal activities and evictions. No evictions within the last 36
months. Leasing to someone with a criminal past will be analyzed on
case by case bases.
